A supportive space for caregivers who know the hard days, the tough decisions, and the love and resilience it takes
to care for someone with dementia.

I’m Crystal. A storyteller, filmmaker, entrepreneur, and advocate.
But most importantly, I’m a daughter and a caregiver.
When my mom was diagnosed with dementia, I was unprepared for how lonely and overwhelming caregiving could feel. The sleepless nights. The constant decisions. The emotional weight no one talks about.
That experience taught me something important.
Caregivers do not just need information.
We need understanding. Support. And people who truly get it.

Divas & Dementia is a safe, uplifting space for caregivers navigating real life. Many of us are balancing careers, families, and caregiving. Others are walking this road alone, searching for guidance, comfort, or connection.
Here, we share wisdom, swap strategies, laugh when we need to, and lift each other up.
You’ll find resources that ease the load, stories that remind you you’re not alone, and a community that sees you.
Most importantly, you’ll remember this truth.
Your life still belongs to you.

I love the way you are with your mom. I lost my mom three years ago and she also had dementia. I took care of her as well. Seeing you and your mom brings tears and memories. I know some days are hard too. Thank you for sharing.
I am proud of what you do for your mother. You are honoring her. People can talk, but until they live it, they do not really understand. I go to see a friend who is 80 and has dementia. She is so polite but does not remember me. Continue what you do. You are reaching millions and your encouragement shows we can get through this together. Blessings unto you Crystal.
I lost my mom to dementia in 2022. I love watching you and your mom’s journey. It reminds me of me and my mom’s journey. May God continue to bless you both. I know it is not easy, but it is a joy at the same time.
I love watching you and Norma. I am my father’s full-time caretaker and it gets hard sometimes. Keep sharing your stories. It helps me get through tough days.
